I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to reschedule your appointment. If that happens, I respectfully ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Arrival Policy:
Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Your session length may have to be shortened so as not to interfere with my next client's appointment.
If no attempt has been made to contact me and you miss your appointment, prepayment may be required in the future.
Refusal of Service Policy:
I reserve the right to refuse service. Situations that would warrant such refusal include medical conditions deeming it unsafe for a client to receive massage or a client's inappropriate behavior.
